A few bugs, and a few balance issues

XTA:
Pelicans cannot be picked up by Atlas'.

Spring:
Floating structures still appear in a different spot, because they go on the surface rather than underwater.

When a unit is built by a factory into a unit group, it gets assigned the group when it is finished. This is annoying, because when you select it and group it, it goes back to its original group as soon as it is done. Please make it join the group as soon as it begins to be built.

Balance:
Units can reclaim wreckages WAY too quickly. They should be able to do it at half the speed they do, maybe 1/4. You can relcaim thousands of metal in seconds!

HLT find it impossible to hit brawlers. Their projectiles need to move faster.

Funnily enough I think the main issue here is reclaiming live units rather than wreckages. Con-air swarms are pretty effective at taking out the big slow tanks just by reclaiming them.

I do like the fact though that you can defend against 1 or 2 peewees/AKs rushing you at the start by reclaiming them - especially effective since nanolathes work through buildings terrain and weapons don't, which helps get round the "dancing round the building" tactic. Not sure that I'd like to go back on this one!
