Any ideas what have I forgotten to do? And something strange: game have worked good for some time, but sometime later i could get only this errors...

I experienced the same problem and thought it might be related to http://spring.clan-sy.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=12568. After recompiling openal to exclude the alsa patch mentioned there (using a local overlay), Spring worked fine again. It just seems OpenAL is unable to handle rate conversions.

It worked for me with openal-1.5.304 (on gentoo)
OpenAL 0.8.* didn't work even without the aforementioned patch...
