Need Help Installing TA Spring.

hey, i'm new to this Spring thing.
i tried reading some of the other posts and trying to figure out how to install this. can anyone help?
i'm a HUGE fan of Total Annihilation, and i've been playing ever since it first came out some 10 years ago.
i've tried installing this program before a few years back but i just couldn't figure it out
could someone give me a VERY detailed explaination on how i need to install Spring from the start.
and, what will i need to install it?


PC Specs:
-3.0GHz Dual Core AMD Processor
-2GB DDR2 RAM
-80GB IDE HDD
-NVidia GeForce 7600 GS
-Some sort of rare MSI MotherBoard

assuming you are using windows:

• download installer from http://installer.clan-sy.com/spring_0.77b5.exe
• install it, and select Balanced Annihilation
• start TASClient
• create user account
• ...
• have fun
