Floating ground decals.

I just noticed this the other day. They were fine in the 76..

The ground decals are floating on my screen.

There are other issues with the ground decals on my system, would you like a video?

I can change settings if you need me to test anything.

I recall this being fixed in b5. I reported it in mantis around b2.
