Hi there,
I have started making a Spring engine machinima, my little bit I want to put back in for all the joy Spring has given me.
So far it's going ok but I am having trouble with the free camera mode which is the smoothest and therefore most aesthetically pleasing to use for recording. What I cannot figure out is how to specify where the camera is set to when you cycle to the free camera mode - it seems to place itself randomly, independant of where the other views are. Is this camera mode scrollable too?
Also while I'm on the topic, is there any way to smooth out the movement of the other views, specifically 1st person style cam and scrollable overhead view? Just changing the scroll speed doesn't affect look speed unfortunately.
Any help much appreciated!!!

Re: Machinima & camera controls
http://spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/ should have some information on camera types and what they do / how they work. iirc free camera is the really smooth one, but it can be a little tricky to position. I think the cameras could use a thorough overhaul. Sadly I know nothing of how to change it
