Using the installer located here that was added to the installer dir about 30 minutes ago: http://planetspring.free.fr/spring/inst ... 0.77b1.exe

It seems there are some more revisions newer than this one though so it may have been fixed already.

I am verifying. laser shots are all fucked up, cegtrails are gone etc.

here are some shots... also beamlasers are fucked.

Dude, double check... I think I would know if my mod's effects and weapons suddenly break with the new version. This isn't someone else's project.

Yes, that is the fix braindamage. Can I ask why that broke the stuff in this version but not in the proir version of spring?

OTA weapon detection is moved into gamedata/weapondef_post.lua.
In future you should use the WeaponType tag.
