Well PURE is just one word, I dont think they can sue Argh for making a completly different game with the same one word long name :) That will still be bad for his project tough since whenever people search "Pure" they will find that instead. And google doesnt tells the difference between PURE and P.U.R.E

Oh yes they can. They probably won't if Argh doesn't get much publicity though. Of course Argh believes trademarks are restricted to videogame genres which is a completely nonsensical stance.

Well they probally shouldnt allow single words to become trademarks, with the kind of time trademarks last we will end up having to give 2 words long names to everthing :)
