if it is not supported by the other lobbies it isn't a feature that can be used af. If TASClient and Springlobby, which are the two other lobbies do not have it than it isn't available. Whether or not you like it, that doesn't mean that TASClient isn't the default lobby and as such, that is where standards are set for players and content devs alike.

For SpringLobby there really is nothing much to "support", if that gets implemented the way suggested earlier, in the sense of having to code anything.
Merely removing the hardcoed options would be enough for us.
Imo the only thing needed at this point is for someone to actually make the changes in engine code and (to varying degree depening on the actual solution) modmakers to adopt the change.
