What is the most powerfull text editor for windows?
One that ca nreplace values in multiple files and understands all kinds of conditions etc...

Notepad++ is nice. Personally I prefer Araneae. It's a lot less feature heavy, but the interface is much cleaner.

I love Notepad++, but I always am irritated with the Regex system in it - it doesn't seem to match linebreaks correctly.

I recommend you install CygWin, and then use 'ed', the One True text editor.
