Minimap button for /minimap fullproxy[0|1]

Couldn't this function** be moved to gui-settings or even an button on minimap.

Button with Toggeled text like perhaps [Field of vision move,FOVM/Issue Order on minimap,IOOM] giggle or something represented by icons.

0.74b1 has several modifications to the minimap, the most
notable being the ability to use it to send unit commands. There are
2 basic modes in which it can be configured:

3-Button / (full-proxy)
LEFT: select units (including selection box)
MIDDLE: center the view
RIGHT: perform default command

2-Button / (not full-proxy)
LEFT: select a single unit
MIDDLE: no function
RIGHT: center the view

There is already the button labeled "Issue commands on mini-map" in Ui tab.
Seeing that you reference 0.74 you're probably still using the ancient settings app and not SpringSetting which is included since 0.76b1.

So again: wut?
