Hey, i need a lua-coder for my mod LLTA there are some small bugs in it and i need a gamemode to be coded.
My main coder Gunblob left and i don´t wan´t to give my mod up. so this is my last try to find someone... i hope someone got time for that.
Can´t say what the secret gamemode exactly is but its new to spring and should be done by a coder who knows what he do.
So if you just can fix bugs for me that is fine too.
thank you and regards
LordLemmi

I know why you are not getting responses. You taking the wrong approach. You are not hiring anyone, you aren't paying. It is not that you have to pay, other mods do not pay either. You have to entice people to come, and give them some certainty that it won't be your way or the highway.
So how do you do that? Well, what are you trying to make? I suppose you want a great mod... Well, a lot of people in this forum want great mods. So, prove to us that your mod has an interesting direction. What kind of mod will it be tactically? Porcy? Command and conquer-ry? Mixed? Will tanks be TA style or have a more realistic approach to accuracy while moving, armor and hp, armor thickness in different directions?
What is the direction of the art? If you have not got one, make a website explaining all these things. Be open about your ideas. About being open with your ideas, maybe there already is a mod that is close to this direction? It would be easier to contribute to one of these mods. Of course, they will not accept all your ideas and designs, but i guess you will have to learn why they like what they like, and live with the difference.
