Runtime Errors

i always get runtime errors after some time of playing, i got the newest nvidia drivers and ive 512mb ram, my cpu has 700mhz that´s not much :)

I have bad grafic problems before the error appears, my screen is flashing white and i cant control any units or scroll the map.

Ive put all the settings to low and im playing on 1024x768 but a friend of me has the same grafic card and the same cpu and he doesnt have that problem

i would be happy if someone can help me
