He has a sla-- brother.

Thats the goal of the army arc basically. More diplomacy and more action. and in adventure mode you can even be wandering into a large battlefield and whatnot or even be recruited or drafted.

Sleep has already been fixed, the 2 next things are probally design decisions, but the last one sounds like another bug needing fix... or maybe not :)

By the way:
"fixed crash from friendship evaluations when stuck merchant animals give birth"
Isnt fun how that bugfix gives a idea of the depth of the game? :)

From what i read on the forums of stoies of thousands of elves storming cities and eating the fallen dead is alot scarier than any other invasion.

Ahh if i knew how to edit scripts, id make zombies have infectious virus' to make more zombies ><. Or that when dwarves simply die of any reason in a haunted region, they become zombies in a few days.

As if globins, demons and beasts werent enough, you now want our own dead warriors to come back to bite our foot? Thats just mean! :

Guise.
Simple question.
In full screen mod how do i make it so that the size ofeverything is a square? so everything is the same size whether u move left right or up down...
I dig to the left anf right and get a visually bigger tunnel than when i dig up/down.

Go to: "Dwarf Fortress\data\init" and open the init text file, then set black space to "yes". Note that this will leave some black space in the top and bottom of the screen, I believe there is no way to have squares with fullscreen.

Think about it though, it would be soo badass. 87 goblins seige your fortress, as if that wasn't enough, they come BACK even stronger with some of your own dead. It would make things sooo much funner.

In -REALLY REALLY OLD- versions (like, earlier than the 2d version boatmurdered was based on) there were many more nobles from different noble houses, including one from House Rash, that was somehow associated with undead, and would bring your dead to life to attack your fortress if you pissed on that particular noble.

Someday I hope this makes it's way back into the game :)

House Rash was not a necromancer ~~

and there were no noble houses either. What you must be meaning is the guild-leaders.

When your fortress did enough of certain area of work, like farming/craftsworking/smithing etc, a guild leader would come into your fortress to take care of the guild's needs and to make demands/requests to the mayor, they would also do guild-related work once in a while (like farmer guild-leader would plant seeds etc)

For example when you had 8 craftdwarves making kobold/gobbo bone totems 'n stuff , a craftsguild-leader would come along with the next immigrant wave

The house rash one would come up when your fortress had enough dead dwarves in coffins, and he didnt do any kind of work, or resurrect zombie dwarves to attack the fortress ~,~

The game is not about winning, its about having fun before your inevitable doom, so there are no levels of skill :)
