New ladder system

in 1v1 ladders, if both com explose the report doesn't work, but is the looser the first one to explose or is it a draw ?

From what I remember from OTA tournament rules: if a com dguns the other or explodes into another that player loses. Thus it would be possible to win by lasering another com to death, but not dgunning it.
