QuakeCon 2008

I'm attending QuakeCon 2008, along with RogCon a week later. Is anyone else planning on attending? I've been several times by now, and I'm a local so I can answer any questions if anyone has any.

I didn't like Quakecon X very much either. It was so disorganized and we registered early. We had to wait in line forever just to set up the computers in the BYOC.

Some things I liked about it was that they had Serious Sam II there and some cool looking computer modifications that people made for contests on who had the best looking computer. Some people made their computers look like mythical creatures.

Yeah, he's going to give a keynote this year from my understanding. We're probably going to see Doom4 for the first time, and the new Wolfenstein game, plus I'd bet we're going to get a demo of his iPhone game plans as well. Also, he's probably going to show off more of Rage.
