Another small reclaiming bug?

How do you do the area reclaiming thing? I tried it a couple of times last night with both con veh and con air, press e for reclaim, then drag out the green disk to cover the wreckage pile you want clearing - the con units did nothing. Am I doing something wrong (e.g. thinking about it, did I use the obvious mouse button when you're supposed to use the other one), or is there a bug here?

try just right-clicking on some wreakage and dragging a circle, without using the E key. Works for me.

funny, just hitting E, Left-clicking, and dragging your circle should work. Maelstrom's suggestion works too
