Water Shader

Post by Steele »

Hello Spring Team!

I'm Nils from the German (and partly international) Open Source 3D RPG "Rastullahs Lockenpracht" http://www.rastullahs-lockenpracht.de .

I recently stumbled over Spring and I like it very much.

I noticed that you have pretty water and I think you know that too because its your second point under "features" :)

I wanted to ask where (which file in your svn) I can find the shader and what language it is. We are struggling with nice water in our project and I want to learn from your shader.

Greetings,

Nils

stealing our water huh?! well a open source rpg seems cool, ive always wanted to make an rpg mod for spring, but i dont know alot about lua and i prolly never will, well with the water you should know that there are some issues with the 8000+cards from nvidia (it will look really ugly) so i recommend waiting for the next release of spring which will have the fix

e: for some reason i wrote rps instead of rpg lol

yeah when you practically just got here you probably shouldn't be answering questions in the name of spring.

Question was being addressed by a developer to a developer... I'd say it's in the right place.
