missing default cursor...

Hi,
I am trying to get spring running, but every time I start a game (until yet I only tried singleplayer-games to get a little bit warm with TA again) a few seconds after the first appearance of the loading screen I am back on my desktop an a little error message appears: "missing default cursor". The Lobby is not crashing or something.
I reinstalled the whole game and also completely deleted it from my machine and installed it new, but again and again this little error appears.

My machine is a P4 3,2Ghz HT, 1gb ram, ati readon 1300 (i think that's the right number) with 256mb ram. The OS is (K)Ubuntu Hardy. I got spring from "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/spring/ubuntu hardy main". The mod/gamemode I am using is BA. 6.31.

I hope I have written down everything necessary, so you could help me.
