Many beta-testers have been requesting the ability to be able to force-fire on Neutral units in P.U.R.E.
I realize that the current approach works, and I don't see this as a major issue in terms of acceptance, but I was wondering if it's possible to have a way to allow manual fire order contradict AvoidNeutral. It'd make fighting within World Builder cities, jungles, etc., that much more dynamic, among other things.

and maybe neutral buildings like adv. fusion reactors, adv.mex in the field for players to capture?

I already have stuff like that working in P.U.R.E.
