i was thinking to day, how this map i am working on, would benifit from softness in some places, and not in others,
thats why i suggest a hardness map that works in the same kind of way a metal map works, and coloured [soft as possible] white [hard as possible] and places with red would be default.
this would allow for say, semi metal maps, that would have metal thats not deformable, and the dirt would be
i can imagine this would hurt the cpu quite alot, but i think it is still worth considering.
