ingame chatlog

blaeh im so bored to ask again and again what my m8s type because sometimes you just miss the chatbox when the message arrives.. so what im asking for is to add an ingame chatlog. it could fill whole sceen with transparent background and could be crolled up and down.. could be opened and closed with a press of a button just like the console in most fps games.
wouldnt really distrub the gameplay but id see it useful

as im quite new to spring.. does UI depend on mod you play or can i load different UIs ingame?

IMO it should be the default, but MelTraX says its not ready yet.

im not sure but i have a feeling it makes my pc lag a bit.. 1800MHz cpu isnt a powerhouse

Unfortunately, that's true; it divides my fps by 2 on both my boxes. (Reloading it after game starts seems to help a bit, for reasons unknown.)
