Mighty sheep got unbanned and rebanned something in the area of 3 times. If he'd just let a mute in #main stick and keep his offensive PMs to himself there would be no problem. I shouldn't have to make that request of someone 3 times.

I'll have to go over and recheck the original conditions and time frame of the ban... but I don't intend to keep anyone banned forever. In this case a long term ban has been earned though.
