Neuralize, yuo're going to have to make some culling decisions yourself, and really present us here with maybe two or three options. This many options is unlikely to get any consensus, and is likely to just confuse or deter people from considering. Especially when the difference between most of them are really minor.

You need to get past the subtle differences and present us with your 3 best. I've done (a very little) work with fonts and typesetting and design, and I can't see much striking difference between a lot of those, so people with no training are pretty unlikely to.

Go with 16, Spring not in bold (kinda like 1), ignore the others.

Yeah, I planned all along of narrowing it down to 3, but the reason I've presented so many solutions up front is because I have no idea what the community wants, what it's tastes are. For instance, I really like number 3, but no one here likes number 3. It's vital that I know these things.
Just to give a little information on the rest of the process:
Upon choosing a logo, I will then petition the community for colors and fonts upon which I will compile everything into an "official" standards sheet and release it as a vector for all to use. For those that don't know, standards sheets suggest a font that should be used with the official logo. (As opposed to in the official logo, which should never be changed from the vector form.)

i think agorms SPRiNG logo is the best :)
