Decal problem

It seems one of the decal textures in the latest version has the wrong background, i.e. it doesnt fade to full transparency at the edge, leaving a gray square (with the "real" decal inside) clearly visible on brighter surfaces.

I noticed this to, and worse still, i think ity may be the one i made... :?

but i know the one i made was identical to the ones the others made in format... most bizzare.

Hm.
Im not familiar with the way the images are parsed (ie what the green and what the read channel stands for)

But, 2 of the decal images have a green channel value of 0 at the edge, and 2 have a value of 13...
One of them has to be wrong..

I only really notice this in snow maps, but it is a bug non-the-less.

wouldn't it be easier if the background was black and the image it self white?
