an important dilemma

Post by 1v0ry_k1ng »

you are in india.
you have to catch a plane home in one hour.
there is an incredibly beautiful woman who wants to make love to you.
However, there is also a wizened old indian man, privy to all the secret arts of curry who is willing to take you aside and make his masterwork, his ULTIMATE perfect curry of his career for you to eat.
you only have time to have the woman or the curry, not both, and you cant combine them because the old mans delicate sensibilities would be offended.
to which would you go?

this arose at a pub curry night, I apperciate that this is only an important dilemma if you like woman and/or curry. some conditions that were agreed on were;

+ the woman does not have aids
+ the woman is the most desirable woman you would ever meet
+ The curry is perfect in every way, your favorite kind of curry taken to an elite extreme, you can eat as much as you possibly can but you cant take any with you or ever have it again
+ you will never see the woman again
+ for the purposes of science discount your current circumstances, ie not being hungry or being in a relationship

The needs for ingestion are primary to copulation. People in extreme situation are known to think more about eating (surviving) then reproducing.

I'd have to assume that I was both hungry, and horny, why else would you want either?

That said, I'd probably grab the girl and then go for a burger or something afterwards.

You never know where that dirty old mans hands where before by the way, at least you know the chick didn't have aids.

What about moral obligations... I would take the curry because pre/extra marital sex is wrong regardless of the fact I'm married God exists (which in my world view he does) and says its wrong... also on a personal level I think that throw away "one night stands" are unhealthy to the psychological stability of anyone involved and also the fact that I would almost definitely develop a guilt complex over the issue... if however the question is posed into a moral vacuum I'm not entirely certain I could honestly answer it.

I guess if I was the kind of person who, in the ideal situation of getting both the woman and the curry but in this particular case I would have to choose... I think I would have to take the Guaranteed "best curry" over risking bad sex.

How dare you derailing this thread... just imagine, you would really come into such a Dilema - and then, we will hear you around the Globe, crying tears, remaining helpless, split in two- and all that just because you had to put this screaming post into a Currythread.. Oh, you will regret it, the remainders of your live, will be a "If only, i could have, should have, would have..." but no you had to derail this thread. Have you nothing better to do with your lifetime then loudly ranting on other people.?
Mark my words KDR... the next time you are visiting india...

;)

PS: Can i have sex with the Curry?

I once worked with an Indian guy who bought the same very strong smelling curry dish to work every...single...day for about 2 years. Never anything else, the same god damn thing. From that point on, the mere smell of indian food gets me irritated.

I'll take the woman.
