Most inexplicable, bizarre movie or video you've ever seen?
What's the strangest movie, TV show, etc you can remember seeing? I don't mean typical weird youtube stuff, I mean things that have actually had commercial releases. Things which leave you with only one things on your mind, "What the hell WAS that?"
Re: Most inexplicable, bizarre movie or video you've ever seen?
I watch japanese porn. That means there is little that leaves me in that state.

So... urrrrr..... Ever watched "Mind Game"? It's not porn but it is like your brain is getting violated at every step along the way.

Gummo..
now that was one messed up movie
" The film chronicles the anti-social adventures these two boys have. These include sniffing glue, killing cats, having sex, riding dirtbikes, listening to black metal, and meeting a cavalcade of quirky, bizarre, and scary people. These include a man who pimps his mentally ill wife to our anti-heroes, three sisters who play with their cat and practice becoming strippers, a black midget fending off the sexual advances of a troubled man (played by the director Harmony Korine), a 12-year-old gay transvestite who is also a cat killer, Solomon's mother who seems to be the only glimpse of sanity, two foul-mouthed six-year olds, and most importantly, a nymphlike skateboarder who walks around town wearing pink rabbit ears "
"Gummo premiered at the 24th Telluride Film Festival on August 29, 1997. During the screening, numerous people got up and left during the initial cat drowning sequence. After the screening, Werner Herzog and Harmony Korine hosted a Q&A session in which Herzog gave praise to the film overall, especially the bacon taped to the wall during the bathtub scene"

Re: Most inexplicable, bizarre movie or video you've ever seen?
I've seen a lot of unusual movies, but Japanese porn is at the top of the list of weird stuff.
Sky High, Izo, and The Princess Blade are different, but fun to watch.
Vitas is neat too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3yfFOq_CFQ

So, is this live action Japanese porn or Hentai?
Cause they're both pretty messed up.

Seen it, finally. You should see Mind Game. I've never done any drugs but I have to imagine you see things like that just before you die from overdose.SwiftSpear wrote:FLCL

Meh, I don't really like that kind of thing anyways. I just named it because it was the only really weird video I've seen who's title I could remember. Actually, a huge part of the reason I didn't like it was that it made even less sense then a standard anime.Caydr wrote:Seen it, finally. You should see Mind Game. Your concern for the detrimental effects of the messed up shows out there is sweet and valid, but there are worse things that a person could be looking at aside from Japanese porn or Hentai and they're fairly common. Therefore, there's no point in ignoring that they're there, if only to be looked apon as oddities.Zoombie wrote:So, is this live action Japanese porn or Hentai?

Oh, no, they're fine. Just weird.
Well, some of them. Like most kinds of porn, you must be discerning and not get the stuff that makes you vomit like...
2 Girls 1 Cup.
