I found a big bug i think: When i reach unitlimit in green fields i blow up all the wind generators and the metalmakers. But spring still says i have unitlimit. I hope its possible to fix that bug?

HI,

me being an old Win98SE user. I have a little suggestion for the used wxWidgets library (which would run fine on W9x AND WinNT with the same binary)
see here: http://www.wxwidgets.org/wiki/index.php/MSLU

Other than that neat Update.
Everything else (except the SHIFT-Bug, buggy SDL version, just use another version DLL) works fine on the stone-age OS :)

Cheers,

Joe

All other versions of SDL are buggy on modern OS'es (wrt unicode character input), so you'll have to drop in a newer SDL.dll yourself if you want it.

I am using SDL version 1.2.11.0 (which was also distributed with Scorch3D, a nice little game) and it seems to work fine on both my Win98SE and WinXP (US and German Editions). Just wanted to let you know. I usually try to avoid all unicode problems by supporting only 8-bit in my programs :) as far as possible... So I can't really be of help.

Ok, well we tried that too but it thinks french keyboards are US layout so accented chars are messed up etc.

Same thing applies to 1.2.9 and 1.2.12 IIRC, hence we use 1.2.10.
