Searching Mod for Spring

Hello,

i searching for Spring the "not orginal total annihilation Mod"

from thes video at 1m 35s

How can i isntall the mods?

I only can start the mod with the "test spring.exe". is this correct?

Also, you can use TASClient (or any of the other lobby clients) to start a game of any of the mods in your mod folder, although getting people to join may be a different story. You can also add bots from the clients, although getting them configured properly is not always trivial.

Or, as you said, you can use test spring.exe to load a mod, map and bot.

I load this Mod

and put it into the mod folder. BUt when i start by Test Spring there is no WOrld DOmination Ta. o.0

go to the download section of this site and download SpringSp, unzip into your C:\Program Files\Spring directory and click the SpringSP executable. The mod should show up if you put it in the Spring\Mods folder, you can pick maps and such on here too.

Yea the Mod "not orginal total annihilation Mod" is running :-)

Now i have some new Questions.^^

1. Ki, No Ki works with this mod and that is very sad. Is there a way that a Ki works in SP?

2. I see that many persons plays the balanced TA Mod, and iw at to task, is there a way to get bether graphics? for example the Models from the Not orginal mod, but gameplay and balancing from Balanced TA?
Because i love to play it, but the Models (planes and SHips) are a little bit ugly.^^

3. How can i put planes on/in my carrier? When i rightclicking on the carrier, the planes fly arount the carrier and land sometimes for a few seconds? Why? Why i should use a carrier, if this Ship can't transport planes?

4. Are there Shield Generators? Because i see a movie on Youtube, where the projectiles from artillerie moved away fro the target and that was really cool. :D

5. What is the Difference betwenn Bots and Vehicles? Because there ar fast bots, attack-bots, Anti-Air-Bots, Artillerie-Bots and also the same by the Vehicles.

6. Which ships have sonar for detecting enemy submarines?

7. If i build a transporter, is there away to make transportroutes like Surpeme COmmander?

8. I have a

Can i run the lagtegame with hundrets of units Wihtout poerformance Problems?

No, you have to use the same mod. Go bug Caydr to make a new AA.

Carriers dont store planes, they just repair them. So the planes land for a few seconds to get repaired.

Yes, there are shield generators, at T2 in BA and NOTA too I think. FOr more shield options, play Core in the CA (Complete Annihilation mod @ http://www.caspring.org). It also looks better than BA.

Bots have better terrain tolerance and can tech to t3. Vehicles have better armor and weapons generally, but less terrain tolerance, but the vehicle cons are some of the best cons in the game, besides the commander.

6. Which ships have sonar for detecting enemy submarines?

I think there may be sonar ships and stuff in the TA mods, but I havent played sea too much. Really, the description of the ship should tell you if it is a sonar/radar ship when you mouse over the build pic in the factory menu. AFAIK there is only a T2 radar ship in TA mods. For sonar, make sonar stations with construction ships.

BTW There are T2 sonar planes, and they tend to be the best solution. Try using these, but be careful of enemy AA.

7. If i build a transporter, is there away to make transportroutes like Surpeme COmmander?

Yes, its complicated, but it goes like this. Select your transporters. Press S, to make them stop, and then click repeat on. Press L and left click drag the pickup area. Then shift right click your route to the destination. Then Shift U drag for the unload area. Then Shift right click for your route back to the starting point. Then, when you move units into the pickup area, they will be transported. Its pretty fun to play with.

8. I think you should be definitely fine for late game with medium/low gfx settings.

Yes sry, i'm from germany. :( THere we have the Ki "Künstliche Intelligenz". i don#t remember that in America there is the AI "Artifical Intelligence" Sry sry :(.

Is there a AI for Nota? Because it looks more realistic to me, with the huge battleships and the bether grapahics. BA is good too, but the small ships...

"Künstliche Intelligenz Künstliche Intelligenz"
