Two good tech deals - 2gb fast ram $31, 8800GT $265

Thought this might be helpful to anyone building a computer right now.

Corsair RAM, good quality stuff. 6400.

8800GT, but I'm not sure if it has the newer cooling system. Without the newer cooling system, these cards are known to be rather loud and hotter than typical. You may have to invest in an aftermarket cooler. Also requires a bios update to make the fan function properly Still not a bad deal though.

Both are limited time, limited quantity.

NCIX is not the best retailer but they do eventually get your stuff to you. Just don't expect them to actually ship what you order until 2-3 days after you placed the order. Bought something from them on a Thursday, paid for fast shipping. Bought a similar item from Tigerdirect on Friday, got cheapest shipping. Tigerdirect arrived on monday, NCIX arrived the following friday... lazy asses... still sometimes they have good prices.

Bah those prices are exactly half what I spent on my similar components. If I'd bought ram at that price I could have bought two 8800GTs for the price of my GTS + plus the difference in ram pricing. >_<
