but can i ask, what are your goals for the next release?

Next release will be the bug fix release, guaranteed. After that I don't think there is a formal road map.

THere is a pattern, friend. b1 is big changes, b2 is bugfix.

we don't generally reach B5 any more. We usually bug fix until we reach stability, and then hold off until the next major increment where reasonably large amounts of new features are generally added.
