Springlobby information popups

Post by shanepardue »

I compiled Spring on an AMD64 Ubuntu Hardy partition for testing and when I am in the lobby, I get popups for every event that should be just going to the console. For example, most of them say "Updating Battles". The annoying thing is, I have to clear them before clicking something else and they pop up about every second.

Both boxes are unchecked in the debug section of spring settings. Has anyone seen this kind of thing or have a clue what's going on?

SpringLobby is made in C++ using wxWidgets (which in turn uses gtk on linux and winapi on windows etc).

I downloaded via your git repository and it still gets popups. I even made sure to git-pull. Am I missing something?
