turning my gui into a widget

Hello, Can someone make these two files layout.lua and ctrlpanel.txt into a widget so its toggable?

my gui looks allmost the same but i have 12 rows to have all icons on page at once.

And i also have to copy files every upgrade. Would be nice if this was widget/gadget conrolable so you could include it in ba.
