Build Helper 0.3

Hi, I'm new to lua scripting but, after grepping some widgets and looking at API.txt, I think I have managed a working little script :D

I call it Build Helper and it makes all idle builders help nearby factories (inspired by KAIK ).

Anyway, I attached version 0.3 and if anyone has any comments or there is a similar script, please post!

(New features that could be added:
- idle builders help building buildings
- balancing, right now if two factories are close to each other all builders often only works at one of them)

Removed spaces from name so it shows up in f11 menu
