UF will be down on christmas day

this should be the day that has the least usage (although having said that your all nerds so.... )

unknown files will be down at around 4 PM on Christmas day for approximately 5 hours. this is due to much needed maintenance, and this change will make it virtually impossible for a problem to cause unknown files to be completely raped.
