Yea, my stepdad installed this on my old pc, and I think it's really fucking up everything.

A few symptoms I've been having:

1. Youtube videos don't load
2. Flash don't load.
3. Steam won't update very fast
4. Archives are always corrupt, notably I've seen it break in the bsps[Source Maps], and EXEs

I've checked their site, but I'm assuming someone here has more information on what it can do, and how it works.
