ah! there is the trusty Thanatos, believe me or not, its better than the madcat.

btw, can this bots have independent arm aim?
i mean, they can shoot at 2 diff targets at the same time, one with each arm?

no idea mongoos but that would be nice. im trying to make a decent looking jumpjet maybe goes on when being attacked or some times when attacking. thing is in ota the base stays on the ground and the units still get damaged from missiles hitting its base plate and not the actualy mech, so i dont know if maybe i could change it so enemies would have to actually target the mech in the air. and implimenting further range, or maybe jsut further sight would be nice too, but i really dont have alot of time on my hands.

yah i got a nice marauder model i just finished texturing (poorly but adequete) but it walks really ugly, so i need to work on that. and the atlases, are scary in battle! :-)

i love huge mechs... and i want to see the PUMA ! really love that fast and cool mech :-) yeah PUMA aint huge still i love PUMA

i should get free PUMA pants every time i mention PUMA :-)

The Marauder, stone rhino and the cauldron born were always cooler then that stupid hybrid mech.

If you manage to get a unit that jumps consistantly, would you mind posting it? I've been messing around trying to make a jump as part of a tiny mod, but no luck so far.

Should be possible, as Battleships have two turrets they aim from. However you might get a problem with the allowed angle. The Battleship turrets each have a 360° angle as far as I know, and you wouldn´t want that on a mech, would you. So it probably won´t work after all, shame :/ .

Hey can anyone tell me what ever happend to the mech called the "Timber Wolf" from MechWarrior 2? Or did it go through a "dumbing down" process and became the mad cat.? Or did it become a casualty of "Forgoten Mechs" of the past.

The Timber Wolf was the first OmniMech the Inner Sphere encountered, on The Rock in the Oberon Confederation, on 13 August 3049. ComStar learned of these fantastic machines from a broadcast by a member of the Kell Hounds mercenary unit. ComStar named this design the Mad Cat because of its hunched over torso is common to both the Marauder and the Catapult.

glad to see I am not the only one who knows the the mad cat is a little hybrid. It still holds nothing on the marauder's design. I love all the SLE stuff.
