Framerate, after glGet changes

As far as my experience it has been horrible debilitating CPU-based lag. So sim on the gpu would be great.

Testing the svn installer on ym 8800 I can now say things have changed.

Average framerates

before: ~20-40fps
after : ~100 -250+fps

with reflective+refractive water: ~90-100fps

dynamic water: ~50-60fps (reflection stripe bug still present)

with shadows turned on 2048 shadowmap, unit reflection and 3d trees, 498 xta peewees on small divide at 1680x1050 give ~15fps. With lua turned off its ~20fps, and zooming out to view the peewees as icons gives ~50fps

hmm, I forgot to turn multithreaded optimizations back on in the nvidia control panel when I did those tests....
