If you already tried the wiki page at http://spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/SetupGui ... om_Sources did something go wrong there? Something you didn't understand?

You have to create directories for maps and mods yourself.

As far as I know sabayon is based heavily on gentoo so maybe you could follow the gentoo install notes:

http://spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/SetupGuide#0.75b2_Gentoo

(and a small rant: we can search for google if we would be interested in the distribution. In my opinion it is not nice they do not aknowledge gentoo enough. In the end, I've seen in a wiki page on their site they use the gentoo package management system and repository, but there is no reference about gentoo in the main page except a disclaimer they are not associated with it)

The Gentoo ebuild has to work with Sabayon. If it does not, give me a hint and I or someone else will fix it...
