FF CS textoure help

I made this for FF but I can't textoure so would some one textoure this please? And I doubt if any body wants to but would some one teach me how to UVmap/textoure? I have wings and GIMP.
Feedback is allwase good thanks :-) .

Wow, you are really progressing as a 3d artist- these are actually decent models with a good number of polygons.

However, with all those small parts, they might be a bit hard to UVmap.

And they're usless unless you model them in default position (turrets, for example).

try snipa's wings uv mapping tutorial... although thats going to be a bit tough for a first uv map cause of all the small faces and complexity =/. if you can find spiked's tutorial that one helped me out too though it doesnt use the wings uv mapper it shows general concept

I noticed a few places where you have a rectangular shape yet it has vertexes in the middle even though there're no deformations on them, wasted polys. It'd help reduce polycount and make UV mapping easier if they were removed as they're deadweight geometry.

That's amazing work, I've never made close to this, and the polygon count is nice and low as well.

If it's Final Frontier, they use modified 3do texturing to my knowledge, get one of your modders to do it.

We're not using 3do anymore, we're using s3o.
