Ultimately there is no accountability for illegal immigrants. I personally know of several instances and witnessed one where they have gone and hurt a citizen of this country. They were not held accountable only sent back over the border without any consequences. This means that if you are a mexican you can cross the border, kill or rape and NOTHING will come of it.

We as citizens are bound by the law and if one of them did hurt panda, I would go to JAIL for protecting or defending her. Think about what that means? Now I know from my trip to europe that you guys are supposed to trust your police or whatever it is called. However, this country is HUGE and people are very widely spread. The police can only do soo much, so we the citizens, are supposed to defend our self. However, the bleeding hearts who live far separated from it have no understanding of it and call us ignorant because we want to have a safe place to raise a family.

People can be raped or murdered on the southern border states without any protection from the law. Now I am not saying this is a common thing but it is growing in numbers. We have the issue also that people outside of the southern states do not believe it because they do not see it happening it is mostly covered up as though it never happened and people are more concerned with gay marriage then they are of the growing issues in the southern states and soon the midwest.

Seriously, I plan on moving out of the south before I start a family because this place is not, in my opinion, safe.

It represents an obstacle, it also allows for sensors, cameras, etc to be installed on it so that monitoring is easier.

Ditto to what smoth said. He is 100% correct. As citizens we can't do dick shit about Illegal Immigrants, even if they harm us, because of the laws we are bound to uphold. However, as I said, the constitution gives us the right to bear arms and protect our country (even from within), but thanks to liberals and activist judges on the supreme court, there is a very good chance that no matter what said II did to you or your family, you will got to jail for defending yourself, and the II MAY be sent back over the border.
