French Translation of the modding Topic - Trad Fr modding

I'm presently working on a french translation of the modding topic :
"spring.clan-sy.com/wiki/Mod_Development"
so that the french players that doesn't understand english can contribute to
Spring. That could possibly mean more players and more mods.

Ainsi les joueurs fran├â┬ºais qui ont un peu de difficult├â┬®s avec la compr├â┬®hension
du jargon utilis├â┬® pourront eux aussi participer ├â┬á l'├â┬®laboration des mods.
En gros plus de joueurs, et plus de mods.

ps : si vous notez des erreurs ou des approximations qui pourront ├â┬¬tre corrig├â┬®es ou compl├â┬®t├â┬®es, n'h├â┬®sitez pas.

the site doesn't even remember when you click on a different language ... and you could bind en-US or en to English , fr-fr to French etc
