Need a way to attach neutrals to maps so they're present on load in actual games. My hunter-gatherer AKs crave the flesh of robot sheep.

there should be neutral turrrets, so you can just capture it and defend an area

Could this be used to make destructible buildings that you can garrison your units in?
That would be great for a city map... 8)

So, how do you make neutral units?

Does neutral unit refer to that player units don't attack them unless told to? But units not belonging to any player is called a "gaia unit"?
