Enhancement to Changing Speed - duplicate please delete.

I'm presuming this is the correct place, but is it possible to change the message that occurs in the chat box when the speed is adjusted up and down?

The change I would suggest is to prefix the message with whoever it was who changed the game speed. This would enable identification of serial pests and enable the host to kick the person responsible.

This would also be similar to how pausing the game shows who paused/unpaused the game.

Just a thought.
