Sort of deployment script ?

Yes, me again, sorry :) !
I received some feedback about Allianz Arena mod... People really don't like to have to .cheat to place the keeper. aegis told me he would write a script so one player on each team can place it (Keeper, just a building.) before the games really start (Maybe like in CA deployment...), and only one for each team. After some days, aegis is still busy with some morph scripts, so he told me there were Lua-talented people... Hm, as I think it's not too time-consuming to create that script (Modifying the deployment rule so only one commander on each side can build only one keeper before the games really start... Maybe it's way harder and I am wrong, though.), I'm asking one of you to help me and write it...
