Unsynced VFS archives

I think it would be very useful to be able to add a dependency on an archive thats unsynced, aka its hash isnt XOR'ed with that of the mod/map.

This could be used for things such as user specific data, lobby generated data, AI profiles, GUI widgets/data/code, feature packs, level of detail stuff, etc...

I have this in my mind for quite a while already but never got around to it yet.

To spec it out a bit more, the addition of a single modinfo.tdf tag called Synced would do: If synced=1 then the archive is checksummed, if synced=0 then it would not be checksummed.
