You dont need to use transparent PNG:s, you can make good sites without such stuff. And there are still like 60% of IE users.

I didnt use paint, i used Paint Shop Pro 7, theres a difference.

True, but not true: i use 3x wide taskbar, there can be added plenty of windows.

I have tried firefox, and i dont like it, or opera, both suck, though opera is better than firefox.
