Registering as a new user

Hi,
I was trying to register through the Spring Lobby multiplayer thing, and I went to File - Register, put in my info, but it won't let me submit. There is an exclamation mark next to my Formatted Name, and it won't let me submit no matter what is in that field. I got through once, and it said the name was already taken. Now the exclamation mark stays there even when blank.
Please help. Thank you.
