Enter game then crash

Spring starts, it loads normally, but it takes a long time to create sky when it usually does. I get in the game, I can see everyone, but my name is red and I can't say anything. After a few seconds it crashes. This has never happened before, only started happening recently, havent done anything to spring.

Any help?
