BA v5.5 Deployment Mutator

A deployment mutator has been released for the Balanced Annihilation V5.5 mod:

For those who don't know, deployment mutators let you "skip" the beginning of a
game by allow each player to place units before the game is started. There are limits
imposed on the unit placement:
- number of units
- total metal cost
- total energy cost
- a placement timer
- distance from the commander

We really need lobby->lua optiomns so the host could define the options of the deployment...

Peet- thanks! I've been out of Spring for about a year, and sometimes finding info that "everyone knows" can be close to impossible.
