Intel Pentium D 820 Dual Core (2.8GHz x2) =5.6GHz total

2.8GHz + 2.8GHz IS NOT 5.6GHz. And Pentium D is two or three generations behind.

If you want an el cheapo PC, buy something with dual core AMD. Read this: http://origin.arstechnica.com/guides/bu ... 200706.ars

If you're really short on cash, you should be able to scale even the budget box down.

No. No its not a good PC.

1st off, whats your budget?

2nd, whats the most intensive game you'll be playing?

3rd, what else will you be using this computer for?

4th, are you willing to buy a cheap current generation CPU and overclock it to match something worth twice as much?
